Esset Australia and Salmat partner to deliver qualifications nationally to Lenard’s Chickens and Eagle Boys Pizza franchises
Esset Australia is delighted to announce its new alliance with Salmat to deliver qualifications to two national retail and hospitality chains.
A learning program has been developed for Lenard’s chickens for national provision of Retail Certificate III, Certificate IV in Frontline Management and Diploma of Management Training to new and existing employees of Lenard’s Chicken Franchisees in both Rural and Metropolitan regions. Whilst a separate program for national provision of Hospitality Certificate III, Certificate IV in Frontline Management and Diploma of Management Training to new and existing employees of Eagle Boys Franchisees in both Rural and Metropolitan regions has also been launched.
Salmat is one of the most experienced e-learning and blended learning solutions providers in Australia and will be undertaking the development and delivery of the training services to both Lenard’s and Eagle Boys Pizza. Esset is well recognised for its exceptional service to its clients and working with the enterprise to oversee learning outcomes that are aligned to business priorities. Esset Australia will take on the responsibility as the lead Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and conduct all on the job assessments nationwide. With the support of the highly qualified staff of Esset, Salmat can now confidently demonstrate Australian Apprenticeships as a valuable further strategy in their client’s commitment to workforce capability development.
