Product and services agreement with Qantas Airways to support skills needs

Esset Australia is pleased to announce a product and services agreement with Qantas College for the management and administration of the Qantas Airways Ltd Registered Training Organisation.
Esset Australia currently works with various Qantas Business Segments, up-skilling employees in a wide range of qualifications, including frontline management, business, transport and logistics. As a part of this industry product and services agreement, Esset Australia will also support the delivery and assessment of qualifications on the scope of Qantas Registered Training Organisation.
Esset Australia intends to also support skills needs requested by Qantas business segments as new requirements are identified.
Skill development and RTO services are implemented with employees through an existing model of onsite, targeted workshops, followed by on-the-job assessment which ensures employees demonstrate their newly acquired skills in practice.
At a time of economic down turn, Qantas is taking up a challenge of skilling its workforce, providing ample opportunity for employee's to up skill and upgrade their existing skills through formal and on-the-job training, leading the employee's to achieve nationally recognised qualifications.
Esset Australia is also working closely with Qantas College in the hosting of online 'Fares and Ticketing' course for Qantas College, through Esset Australia's leading edge e-learning framework. Qantas College offers a range of commercial online services to various training providers across Australia and Internationally.
