Esset Australia is pleased to announce a services agreement for the provision of training and development services to Foxtel Management Pty Ltd for the management and administration of the Foxtel Registered Training Organisation.

FOXTEL and Esset will collaborate to provide RTO accredited learning services for a number of course program areas including BSB30207 Certificate III in Customer Contact, BSB40307 Certificate IV in Customer Contact, CUF30107 Certificate III in Media, CUF40107 Certificate IV in Screen and Media, CUF50107 Diploma of Screen and Media and BSB51107 Diploma of Management.

Skill development and RTO services will be implemented with employees through an existing model of onsite, targeted workshops, followed by on-the-job assessment which ensures employees demonstrate their newly acquired skills in practice.

Mr Stephen Brown, CEO of Esset Australia, described the Foxtel agreement “as a fantastic result for our training organisation, demonstrating that real industry partnerships and activities can achieve real outcomes for large enterprises and achieve national recognition for employees. By outsourcing you can get expert and skilled services. This benefit of outsourcing has been the key reason why several RTOs opt for outsourcing their RTO services. The function that you outsource may not be your core competency but you can find a specialised partner, such as Esset Australia, in that particular business process.”

Over the coming months Esset will effectively become the outsourced partner providing RTO services previously provided by the internal RTO of the Foxtel. This model will remove the compliance and regulatory responsibility from Foxtel whilst retaining all the productivity, human resource and commercial benefits of providing accredited training to staff.
