Business Acquisition - On Line Training Provider & Executive Restructure

Esset Australia is today pleased to announce a positive step forward in its plans to grow and expand its operations via the acquisition of SConsulting Pty Ltd.
Company Secretary Mr Stephen Brown noted that SConsulting is an e-learning and Training organisation focused on the Financial Services Industry. SConsulting was launched by its CEO, Simon Offor after he identified a need within the Financial Services Industry that he considered was not being met. SConsulting developed an online training solution to solve this problem using a blended approach to learning which offers flexible delivery maximising the effectiveness of time required for training in the workplace.
This acquisition will allow Esset to offer a greater range of training programs and now more fully incorporate online training options to its existing and growing client base. SConsulting already has a number of financial service clients within Australia and overseas.
S Consulting's learning system is based around the latest in proven e-learning technology combined with the effective elements of more traditional training & assessment models . This provides customers with a cost efficient and streamlined training solution that will have a direct positive effect on their bottom line.
Esset Australia looks forward to progressing the opportunities created by this acquisition and providing value adding training solutions for its clients.
Esset Australia is also pleased to announce that the company secretary of Esset Australia Mr Stephen Brown is to join the Board of the parent company Vision 35 Pty. Ltd. and Esset Group Pty. Ltd. with responsibility for oversight of Finance, Risk and Acquisitions across the group as well as assisting the Business Development team of the company. With the ongoing restructure of the training group Executive Director Mr Phill Bevan is to lead the development of the RTO Management Services division of the group as well as retaining leadership of the Business Development team.
